The Fisherman

In upstate New York, two widowers, Abe and Dan, find comfort in each other and their shared love of fishing. They hear unsettling rumours about Dutchman’s Creek, known for its fine fishing and an elusive promise that may not be real. Initially sceptical, they become intrigued by the dark legends surrounding the Creek and a mysterious figure called the Fisherman. As they explore these tales, they confront their past losses and uncover buried secrets, leading to a reckoning that forces them to consider what they are willing to sacrifice to regain what they have lost.
