Too Small Tola and the Three Fine Girls

This book features three stories about Tola, a young girl living in a Lagos flat with her clever sister Moji, fast brother Dapo, and bossy Grandmummy. In one story, Tola uses her small size to retrieve Grandmummy's prized possession when it goes missing. Another tale highlights Tola's maths skills as she helps Grandmummy when she falls ill. The title story shows Tola feeling inferior to three girls she admires because of her old clothes, but she learns that her worth is not defined by appearances. The book combines humour and heart with illustrations by Onyinye Iwu.
